Meet the Teacher - Becca Haynes
Before becoming a mum, I was a full-time registered nurse. Returning to this part time since having my little boy, has given me the opportunity to pursue my passion and enthusiasm for helping, supporting and empowering other women in pregnancy and postnatally. I have been lucky enough to train with the ultimate expert in pregnancy and postnatal baby yoga and the original ZenMuma Jackie Heffer Cooke.
I am so excited to be able to now share these classes with other mums, and I really hope they enjoy them as much as my little boy and I did.
