Your hypnobirthing consultant will be interacting with you in person, so your hypnobirthing training will be adapted and suited to you and your individual birth. One-on-one education, care and attention for your birth.

  • LEARNING: There is SO much to learn when it comes to looking after your pregnant and post-natal body. Pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing will help you with physical ailments like pelvic girdle pain, and will also help you get ready for a safe and calmer birth with deep relaxation for birth techniques, birth breathing and active birth movements. Baby yoga is truly wonderful at providing you with ideas, inspiration and ways you can help your baby with colic, natural development, and even sleeplessness. You can learn all the tools in our zoom classes, and use them at home whenever you need them.

  • RELAX: At the end of a yoga class, or in hypnobirthing, when we teach deep relaxation you will be able to get super comfy because you are at home!
