Hi there, I'm Em!! I started of my career running my own Coffee shop which I loved but once becoming a mum I fell in love with the idea of being a full time mummy. When my son turned 5 and started school I decided to retrain myself in to yoga, pregnancy, postnatal yoga & baby massage, antenatal support and kids yoga.
When I went to pregnancy yoga classes throughout my own pregnancy I loved it. Through learning all the poses & breathing techniques my pregnancy and birthing experiences amazing. It was from this journey into motherhood that gave me the inspiration to want to teach and empower women, to enable the realisation that birth can be an amazingly powerful and positive experience.
I now teach because I want every woman to feel calm and positive about the birth of her baby. I want women to know they have choices and look back on their birth as their biggest achievement, in awe of what their bodies have done.... entering their new life together as a family feeling good about the birth of their baby.
Pregnancy yoga & postnatal & baby massage have endless benefits and it’s a beautiful way for mums to connect with their babies and meet other new mummies too Because we'd created such a lovely community in the class, I’m still friends with some of the mummy’s which has been so wonderful. We shared and still do share our experiences of motherhood.
Now I teach children’s yoga too, and I so love the fun and creative spirit these classes have to offer, as well as the teachings in calm exercise, mindfulness and breathwork. I can share my love for storytelling too!
